Halaali Nchuakung, Esq, is a Barrister combining active litigation in court with corporate legal advisory services and Alternative Dispute Resolution out of court. He conducts general civil litigation across the wide spectrum of Commercial, Corporate, Labour and Property Law. He also advises on real estate matters.
Halaali is a passionate advocate in criminal trials with a concentration on contentious criminal appeals. His special interest is in the area of Public Law, seeking redress for clients in Administrative Law and breaches of Human Rights.
He has experience in courts across the country and has added knowledge of the terrain in the North of Ghana, having travelled extensively in the area and compiled a decent record over time.
Prior to his practice of law, Halaali was engaged in teaching across the northern and southern sectors of Ghana at the tertiary and post-secondary levels. He has also worked in the area of literacy and Bible translation.
Halaali’s varied experiences make him versatile in designing creative and workable solutions to the many complexities that legal problems present in Ghana.
Halaali was admitted to the Ghana Bar and has the Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL), awarded by the General Legal Council upon completion of the Ghana School of Law. He holds a post-first degree LLB (Hons) and had his undergraduate training at the KNUST, with a BSc. (Hons) in pure Mathematics.
