Mawukoenya Nutekpor Esq. is a Barrister at Law and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation-Ghana (CITG), having passed the qualifying examination for membership of the Institute in August, 2020.
He has over five (5) years’ experience in Corporate Practice, Litigation, Consultancy and Advisory Services. He practices in the areas of Property Law & Practical Conveyancing, the Law & Practice of Taxation,Corporate Law & Commercial Practice, Banking, Finance, Investment and Insurance Laws.
He is energetic and results-oriented. He is always striving to gain experience, work effectively and efficiently in a challenging environment to satisfy the needs of clients.

Mr. Nutekpor attended the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) from August 2008 to June 2012, where he obtained the Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB). He gained admission to the Ghana School of Law in October, 2013 and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2015.
In July 2018, he enrolled at the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG)and completed thequalifying examination for membership of the Institute in August, 2020.
He is presently pursuing Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting &Finance at the School of Research and Graduate Studies at the University of Professional Studies, Accra.
