Redeemer has extensive experience working in executive management positions in various capacities including but not limited to Corporate Governance, Debt Recovery and Litigation, Commercial and Banking Law, Property and Labour Laws to drive business performance and create shareholder value. He is a transformational leader with proven track record of high performance.

Redeemer has a strong and unique academic background, graduating from the University of Ghana, Legon in June, 2001 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) degree. He was admitted to the Ghana Bar and enrolled on the Roll of Lawyers in October, 2003 after completing the prescribed studies at the Ghana School of Law. He has actively participated in diverse continuing legal education and professional development programs including risk management and Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT).

Redeemer is currently a member of Sedi Legal Bureau who doubles as the Head, Legal Service and Company Secretary of NDK Financial Services Limited whose career began as a Junior Associate of Awoonor Law Consultancy, Accra in 2004 after being called to the Ghana Bar. He acted as portfolio legal advisor to diverse corporate clients of the firm where he led the prosecution of various suits commenced by the firm on behalf of these clients. He also negotiated amicable settlement of some of these.  

Prior to joining Sedi Legal Bureau in 2022 to wit between 2015 and 2022, Redeemer was on full-time basis the Head, Legal Service and Company Secretary of NDK Financial Services Limited, a reputable Finance House regulated by the Bank of Ghana and registered under the laws of Ghana. Redeemer was responsible for leading key legal functions that ensured speedy and efficient lending and recovery of loans. As Company Secretary, he led the implementation of corporate governance policies including providing independent, impartial, and objective guidance and advice on board procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements to avoid regulatory infractions. 

He also had stints with SG-SSB Limited (2006 – 2009) and Bank of Africa (2009 – 2015) as legal officer where he liaised with external solicitors, Lands Commission and providing support and guidance to management on diverse legal issues.

Redeemer is married with 2 children and a passionate football fan. He is equally passionate about mentoring, coaching and people development.
